He is involved in the capital raise, acquisition, repositioning and development of hospitality, Commercial and Residential properties in New York as part of the asset management team.

Pavan has a B.S. in Finance & Marketing from the prestigious McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia. He is a co-founder of the IndUS Business Forum, an organization aimed at enhancing learning and leadership skills within the Indian diaspora.
