My independent entrepreneurial niche and experience is with direct investments, LP, GP or partners, concentrating my practice on acquisitions, joint ventures and alternative investments, including real estate development projects, limited partner investments across the investment strategy spectrum, equity co-investments and direct investments by family offices, private equity, and developers.

Experienced in the market, I interface, consult in off market commercial property investments and other private opportunities of impact, with multiple generations of HNW, multi family offices, SFO, and developers, providing value, knowledge, connection, and integrity. Started this career path within the real estate market 13 years ago with a NY Family Office, real estate owners/operators. I like and support philanthropic efforts, for clean water, safety and entrepreneurial achievement for women and children, Child Liberation Foundation (Child Trafficking), volunteering for various charities and I have a huge passion for mind, body, health. 

I have many years of experience assisting and producing high profile and private events.
